Thanks for being here. Let us tell you the story about how we got started with Beef Tallow for Skincare. Rancher’s Render was born at Beaver Brook Ranch, a third-generation family farm nestled in the rolling hills of Hope, New Jersey.

Across 600 acres of lush pastures, we raise 100% grass-fed, grass-finished cattle—without shortcuts, hormones, or compromise. We've been at this location for over 20 years and our ranch has been known for producing some of the region’s highest-quality grassfed beef beef, pasture-raised pork and free-range chickens.

Longtime customers began asking for suet. The clean, hard fat that surrounds the kidneys of grass-fed cattle. They wanted to make their own balms, salves, and creams. We offered a few jars, here and there, to the folks who were way ahead of the clean skin care curve.

We've been raising grassfed beef at this location for 30 years. Our customers can stop by the ranch and see first hand how our cattle are raised. So when they started hearing about grassfed beef tallow being sold online they came to us first. We appreciate that in a big way.

From the time he was a boy growing up in the Bavarian Alps, my dad always dreamed of owning a cattle ranch. Over the past 30 years, with our first ranch in Virginia and now Hope, NJ, it has become a family affair with the third generation of Schoens’ actively involved working on the ranch.

I'm Stefan, and my family owns Beaver Brook Ranch in Hope, New Jersey. After 20+ years raising 100% grass-fed cattle, we launched Rancher's Render when customers started asking for our suet to make their own skincare.
