First I want to say that this company is legit and they care about their customers making sure they get what they paid for & experience their product. UPS screwed up and I didn’t get my delivery. I was so bummed, because I did my research and out of all the products out there this is the one I chose and was so excited to try it. I called Lorena and she said she would check into it. The next day I received a text from her husband Stefan and they said they were me sending me my order again. Not only did they do that but added in with a couple extra items. That shows me integrity and character they didn’t have to do it was not their fault. Oh and I absolutely love the Citrus Vanilla Cream. It’s whipped but not airy like the last one I bought from a different vendor, it has a more solid feel not full of air and my skin feels so amazing with just a little bit. I tried the soap this morning and my skin feels soft and moist not dry at all. Thank you for being a great company!

This is a follow-up of my first purchase of the tallow soap. Rancher's Render was the first source I tried, primarily because of the direct sourcing of the tallow, the transparency of the entire process, and the love of the land and animals. The other scents sound wonderful but I was using fragrance-free/lightly scented non-tallow shower gel and decided to stay in that direction. Since I like the soap, there's been no reason to try another source. I had previously ordered the whipped tallow and found it was not working the best for my skin. I have since tried another source that includes honey, and added application of toner before applying the tallow balm, and that works better.
